32-year-old high school teacher Elizabeth Scroggs was named “the Best of the Best Teacher for Chattanooga, Northwest Georgia and surrounding areas” in 2010. Today, Scroggs is charged with felony sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority for having a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old, after an anonymous tip was received by Whitfield County Sherriffs. According to Twitter, Scroggs is a hot commodity and “every guy has been trying to get with her since middle school”.
