Same phone number here, but a different email address — rechaser440@yahoo.com
Has anyone hear heard of Jerry Joff? The story I’m getting is very similar to the ones here….
After reading all of your stories, I just deleted his most recent email without even reading it!
He is using the name Rick Scott on FB currently. He has told me that his wife died 5 years ago in a car accident and that he has a daughter named Cherry. He wants me to send him $1,000 tomorrow via money gram or western union to his business partner Gnanasekaran.Raj which I believe Rick Scott uses this guys daughter in pictures on fb as his own daughter. Check out his profile pictures on fb, I thought his pictures were too good to be true and that I had seen his profile pictures somewhere else. I believe he must have stolen those profile pictures. Because if you see the pictures of him with his supposedly daughter he does look similar but definitely different than his profile picture. My story with this jerk is very similar to the stories I have been reading here. He is a civil engineer working on a job in Malaysia and came in to troubles and his daughter has become sick back in England and he had to send the hospital money immediately which made him short on money, and he does not have money to eat. One story he said is that he sent $2,000 then a little later the money was $1,500. I brought up to him that England has better National Health Insurance Program than the US so why does he have to send money to the hospital? Its because he has a private doctor for his daughter! I blocked him once on fb he called and talked me into friending him again big mistake! mismistakefriending him on facebook again! What a mistake!
Most of my money lost was with mental hospital bills just trying to get myself together. she took 500 dollars from me, and I ended up having to pay 15 thousand in hospital bills that were a result of the romance scam. “Bill collectors calling every other day” I’m still not right and still not in the right mind to be in public or keep a job. The woman has really ruined my life. The woman Who Scammed me was a beautiful Romanian woman named Roxana Patrana who is living in Spain. She looks perfect, picture perfect online, She volunteered for Unicef. has a few college degrees. Yet the woman is still a criminal. Who scams people and breaks their hearts. its a job for her and she doesn’t flinch doing it.
I too met this robertscott400@outlook.com…stay away from him..he gave me the same story…we texted and emailed alot and it got real romantic and all the things a woman wants to hear. He all of sudden had a job in africa that he and his daughter were going…then when he got there his luggage was stolen and so was his daughter’s ipod and she was crying. We started talking on the phone only during certain times and he begged me to keep sending him emails…then he started calling me his wife and he wanted to marry and his daughter needs a mother because his wife died in a car accident….anytime I wanted more information he refused to give it to me. Then the asking for money and electronics started I told him no for a long time, then I started buying into his lies…he was going to buy me a car…buy my wedding dress..he wanted to talk to my mother to get her blessing he told me owned 2 homes..in Georgia and Texas and he said he had an inheritance from the UK that his mom set up for him who died.He told me he was raised in Italy and Germany and went to the UK for vacations with his mom…anyway he got $5,000 from me over time and then he made a huge request of 40,000. I refused and he kept asking and asking, when I told him NO he got extremely extremely mad at me and we started fighting and one day he hung up on me and I haven’t heard from him since. But its only been 2 days. So stay away from robertscott400..he has a very thick accent and knows exactly what to say to woman to feel loved…his pictures looked lagitamet to me but not sure of that…it was of him and his daughter and a few of him by himself. He is very handsome. He also uses the alias Scott, Robert Derek Scott, Derek Scott.
This has to be the same guy as mine. Except his daughters gaming system was lost with the luggage. Do you have pics of him? Mine sent me pics of him and a pretty teen girl, and tons of him by himself. He also skype so I would “know” he was “real!”. He actually called me on one occasion and had me speak to his “daughter” and had this person cry to me about her lost game system.
OMG DONT FALL FOR THIS GUY!!! Scott promised me love, money, a Range Rover, and an engagement ring!!! Only this guy lives in Houston. Everything is the same…the way you describe him is identical! He claimed he had $5 million and properties all over the country (nothing close to Kentucky tho…go figure) He wanted to marry me in the first five months and promised me we would all be a fmaily so I kept calling him my “forever husband” and we kept sending poems and lyrics to each other. He kept sayin he would come back to Houston and wolud spend the rest of our lives together here in the states but he just kept sending me mushy emails and intimte phone callls b4 asking for money. I sent him the money for a new iPod since his luggage was lost at an airport in Africa, cost me $500 DOLLARS! That wasn’t the end. He went on to ask me for money for a “crane” for his enginering and needed $40,000 DOLLARS!!!!! He said he would reimberse me when we got MARRIED!!! Had me wrapped up in a love spell for eight months b4 my nephew showed me this site and pamie who got out b4 she was to far in. I wish I had someone to tell me this guy was a ripoff a loooong time ago, I remortgaged my home and I’m now out thousands of DOLLARS!!! Got the authorities involved but they said getting my money back was “not likely” but I still got my home so i guess I’m doin OK. This guys is TROUBLE and its HARD to accept he is not real becuz he is good.every time I gave money he wouuld ask for more and when i didnt give him the money he got real angry and short w/ me. I hope they track him down and put him away for life!!!!!!!!
Timothy Mark Pearson…..psychopath and narcissistic
he scam me for 2100 steve Johnson gotz aka using steve f
brown aka steve f browno
Lol, I’ve had people…usually males, I imagine…contact me through various sites claiming to be women from here in Oklahoma; always small towns that either don’t exist or are not located anywhere near where they are supposed to be. For instance, one was supposedly from Harrah (which is a 20 minute drive east of OKC), but “she” said it’s up in the panhandle & I’d probably never heard of it. Actually, I went to Harrah as a kid all the time for various sports/games & dated a girl from there in High school… Anyway, when I called “her” on it, she said she’d only lived there when she was a small child and had grown up in England and Ghana… Ok, first off…ANY TIME someone even MENTIONS a country in Africa, IT’S A SCAM!!! Lol, I actually had 3 different scammers over a 9-month period say they were 3 different women, but they ALL USED THE EXACT SAME PICTURES!!! Turns out they were modeling shots of a girl from Ohio taken years ago. Anyway, NEVER SEND MONEY!!! US service men/women DON’T need money when they are transferred. The govt handles everything. Never give out your address, always use a secondary e-mail account when on dating sites, don’t give your DOB (mm/dd/yyyy) or your whole name, and don’t believe any sob stories. I know it’s very tough at times, especially when you’re lonely & the scammer says the right words. BUT, unless he/she is local & you can actually meet up for lunch in a crowded place…and then do some research, stay away. Long-distance relationships on 99% of dating sites involve some sort of dishonesty…even if he/she is just married & doesn’t look like the stud/hot chick in the pictures of the supposed single & in-love person you think you’ve met. It’s just not worth the risk. If of SEEMS too good to be true, it is a scam…period
I met him on OK cupid..we had emailed from September to mid December 2014..he said he was a widower and had a daughter Maria..and 2 dogs. From the UK but resided in Clovis Ca. An civil engineer. All was well then he said he had to go to Rep. Of Benin for work, sent me something regarding a contract with Chevron. All still ok, but I am a skeptic anyway..like Why do I need to see his employer contract?. He after 2 weeks in Benin ( same phone no. Listed here ) called me which was not out of the ordinary, asked me for 500.00 and I said No..he said he needed it to get by, and if I loved him I would do it..I said I love my kid more and he would get a No! Go ask your boss, and I accused him of being a fraud and not the guy in those pics he sent me. I don’t think he is white, I don’t think he is Lucas Stephenson and I do think he is For Sure a scam. He can give you 50 shades of gray with his love letters and charm you to no end..but if your a skeptic and ask to meet or Skype..he wont! Then he will attack your email acct. So it’s jacked up if he thinks your on to him. Total Scam
Exact same scenario here. Same phone number, but also used jerkseyblue@outlook.com after someone “hacked” his account.
At the very beginning, I tried to nail him down to a meeting, but his dog (Dredd) had a sudden intestinal emergency and required immediate surgery, only one hour before we were to meet. Then suddenly he was off to Scotland to work on an oil platform. He had all kinds of stories about a subordinate he had to get harsh with to get him in line, brought Dredd to Scotland and went to visit the dog on the mainland, then returned to the broken machine.
He never asked for money, but made it clear he would be in deep kimchee if he couldn’t come up with $45,000. Never would provide details.
I actually ran a background check (I’m federal law enforcement), and the name/DOB returned nothing. That’s when I quit communicating–EVERYONE has a trail.
Seems he does a poor job of choosing victims. I read another complaint from a woman who gave him money after he signed a promissory note. Damn shame.
Sad isn’t it… I liked “whoever he pretended to be”… he never asked for money with me nor did we talk about money, but he sent me an obvious fake passport when I pressed him about not being “findable”… I’m 3 for 3 on Match now… pretty much giving up…
I had the same situation happen to me with the same guy… Although he didn’t ask for money. When I couldn’t find any real data on him online anyplace or doing a background check, I asked him to send me a copy of his drivers license. He sent me a copy of his passport and it was a fake (without a doubt). I contacted Match, LinkedIn, and WAYN and told them… WAYN pulled down his profile. His bogus profile is still on LinkedIn which I hope they investigate and pull down. He told me he was 46 (bday 7/1 or 7/3 on the passport) and lived in Upperville VA… was originally from Sweden and lived in Boston most recently. Said his parents died when he was young. Never married, no kids, dog (dead) was named Dredd. Said he was going to be a pro soccer player but had a recurring knee injury. Said he owned his own Civil Engineering company and that he was in England for 5 weeks. We spent weeks texting. Very sad that all that time and emotional energy was spent for no reason.
